Chad Capps

Dr. Chad Capps attended Texas A&M University in College Station, and received a Bachelor of Science. He continued his education at Baylor College of Dentistry and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After dental school, Dr. Capps joined a general practice in Richardson, TX. He spent several years in practice, with a focus on aesthetic and restorative dentistry, before returning to Baylor for his residency in orthodontics. During his residency, Dr. Capps obtained a Master of Science as well as a certificate in orthodontics.

Dr. Capps is actively involved in his profession and has a passion for advancing the practice of orthodontics. He was honored in 2011 as the New Dentist of the Year, an award given by his peers in the Dallas County Dental Society. He also won an international award and was recognized at the Orthodontic World Congress for his research on the effects of orthodontic expansion. Dr. Capps is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and maintains a position on the adjunct faculty of the orthodontic department at Baylor.
