Shad Hanis

I love being an orthodontist. Every morning I look forward to coming to the office and helping each of my patients achieve a wonderful smile that they can love. My journey to this point in life began in Ann Arbor, Michigan where I was born while my parents attended graduate school at the University of Michigan. One year later my family moved to Houston. I attended Westbury High School and then Brigham Young University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. After graduation I returned home to Houston to attend the University of Texas Dental Branch.

I love learning new things and serving others. I was blessed to have had an opportunity to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to Campinas, Brazil for 2 years and became fluent in Portuguese. I am also proud to be an Eagle Scout, an Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society Member, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. I strive to uphold the highest of standards in both my personal and professional aspirations.
